Scaled Solutions Joins Forces with Celnor Group

Commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has successfully advised the shareholders of Scaled Solutions, a laboratory and consultancy firm in the global energy sector, on its sale to Celnor Group. The acquisition will see Scaled Solutions become part of Celnor's Analytical Sciences division, a move aimed at bolstering the group's reach in the laboratory testing and consultancy markets internationally. Backed by private equity firm Inflexion, Celnor Group continues its strategic expansion in the TICC (testing, inspection, certification, and compliance) sector. Dr. Gordon Graham, managing director of Scaled Solutions, expressed enthusiasm about the opportunities presented by the acquisition, while Hill Dickinson's corporate partner, Sean Lightfoot, highlighted the collaboration as a successful example of a cross-border transaction aligning two complementary businesses.
