Sayenko Kharenko has successfully advised the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO) on two secured term loan facilities totaling approximately EUR 8.15 million aimed at supporting Ukrainian companies. This financing is a significant part of an effort under EIFO's Ukraine Facility, aimed at bolstering Danish exports and investments in Ukraine, against the backdrop of the ongoing conflict-induced economic challenges the country faces. The allocated funds will primarily assist in restoring production capacities that were disrupted by Russian military actions while also facilitating the acquisition of process engineering equipment from Danish suppliers, showcasing continued business ties and solidarity between Denmark and Ukraine. Previously, in 2025, Sayenko Kharenko advised on a EUR 3.17 million facility for Ristone Holdings.
