The transaction, completed on March 23, 2025, was valued at SAR 122 million (approximately $32.5 million), significantly surpassing the asset's book value of SAR 7.99 million. This strategic divestment forms part of the hospital's broader initiative to enhance its financial stability and bolster cash flow, with anticipated financial impacts to be realized in the corresponding sales quarter. Notably, Saudi German Hospital reported an extraordinary surge in net profits at the conclusion of 2024, escalating by 1,554% year-over-year to SAR 282 million, compared to SAR 17.04 million at the end of the previous year.
