HCAP Partners, a private equity firm noted for its impact investing, has successfully exited its equity position in Saphyre, an AI-driven fintech platform specializing in pre-trade and post-trade automation. Saphyre, which recently obtained a $70 million growth equity investment from FTV Capital, has made significant strides in expanding its client base across the U.S. and Europe, serving various sectors including asset managers and broker-dealers. HCAP Partners originally invested in Saphyre during a Series A round in 2021 with participation from J.P. Morgan and BNP Paribas.
