MMD Advokati assisted Sanders SH in the sale of its industrial complex to a subsidiary of Sano Group in Serbia. Sanders SH, a subsidiary of the Avril Group, focuses on agro-industry and sustainable solutions. The transaction was facilitated by legal advisors from MMD Advokati with a team comprising Partner Rastko Malisic, Of Counsel Ana Maric, and Attorney at Law Cedomir Jelesijevic. The buyer, Sano Group, which specializes in animal nutrition and operates globally in over 35 countries with a workforce of nearly 2,000, was advised by NKO Partners. The legal team from NKO Partners included Partner Djordje Nikolic, Senior Associates Luka Aleksic and Stefan Savic, and Associate Nikola Obradovic.
