Salute Expands with Keysource and ADCC Acquisitions

Salute, a global leader in integrated lifecycle services for data centers, has completed significant strategic acquisitions of Keysource Group and Advanced Data Center Consulting Group (ADCC). The acquisition of Keysource, a prominent European provider of end-to-end solutions for data centers and critical environments, alongside the industry-leading provider of AI training and consulting, ADCC, positions Salute to offer comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle services for the growing AI market worldwide. With these additions, Salute now operates with over 1,800 professionals, significantly strengthening its regional and technical capabilities. CEO Erich Sanchack emphasizes that these acquisitions allow Salute to provide full-spectrum services across the data center lifecycle, including consultancy, planning, construction, operations, and renewal.
