Salute expands European footprint with Keysource acquisition

Salute, a global leader in integrated lifecycle services for data centers, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Keysource Group, a renowned provider of sustainable data center solutions and strategic advisory services in the EMEA region. The acquisition, pending regulatory approval, aims to enhance Salute's ability to meet growing demand for AI-driven infrastructures and deliver scalable and sustainable consulting services globally. Post-acquisition, Salute's EMEA workforce will expand to over 500 professionals, including 130 from Keysource, contributing to a worldwide team exceeding 1,800. This transaction is a significant step in Salute's strategy to strengthen its consultancy capabilities in energy optimization, sustainability, and AI-readiness while differentiating its market offering. The deal is expected to close in early Q2 2025 and aligns with Salute's commitment to investing in talent to enhance service capacities for its global clientele. Salute, established in 2013, operates in over 102 markets, delivering comprehensive solutions for hyperscale, cloud, colocation, and edge facilities with a strong focus on sustainability and talent development. Keysource, with decades of experience, aids the data center industry in achieving operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation throughout the facility's lifecycle.
