Salute Acquires Keysource to Expand European Presence

Salute, a global leader in integrated lifecycle services for data centers, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Keysource, a trusted provider of sustainable data center solutions and strategic consulting services in the EMEA region. Subject to regulatory approval, the acquisition will enhance Salute’s capabilities in addressing growing demands for AI-powered infrastructure and providing scalable and sustainable consulting solutions. Post-acquisition, Salute's workforce in EMEA will expand to over 500 professionals, including 130 new employees from Keysource, with global personnel exceeding 1,800. Salute aims to leverage Keysource's talent and expertise to enhance its ability to serve clients in Europe. The acquisition strategy aligns with Salute’s mission to support technological advancements in data center operations across the region, complementing existing capabilities in the Americas.
