Sales Performance Srl, an Italian leader in performance-based lead generation and customer acquisition, has entered into an agreement to sell its majority stake to Konecta, a global leader in customer experience and digital services. This acquisition, alongside the purchase of French digital agency Speak33, significantly strengthens Konecta's digital marketing activities, whose revenues exceeded 60 million euros in 2024. Founded in 2018 and based in Milazzo, Sales Performance specializes in digital marketing and call center services, offering integrated solutions for lead generation and sales management. The company has experienced significant revenue growth in recent years. Konecta, with headquarters in Madrid, is a global leader in business process management and digital outsourcing for customer management, employing 120,000 staff across 30 languages, four continents, and 26 countries, with global revenues amounting to 2 billion euros. In this deal, Sales Performance was advised by Scouting Capital Advisors, led by Managing Partner Giuseppe Mario Sartorio. Legal aspects were handled by LCA Studio Legale, while Konecta was assisted legally by Lexsential and in tax and finance by ECOVIS STLex Studio Legale Tributario and Deloitte Spain.
