Sabesp Raises $500 Million in Blue Senior Notes

Sabesp, the largest sanitation company in Brazil, successfully raised US$500 million through a 5.625% Blue Senior Notes offering due 2030 in the international capital markets. White & Case LLP provided advisory services to initial purchasers Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc., and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC for this transaction. The issuance was carried out by Sabesp Lux S. r.l., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sabesp, with the proceeds aimed at supporting eligible blue projects. This represents a significant milestone for Sabesp, marking its first international notes issuance since December 2010.
