Rymarz Zdort Maruta Guides Sale of Noble Funds TFI to VeloBank

Rymarz Zdort Maruta has played a pivotal advisory role in the recent sale of a majority stake in Noble Funds TFI, a fund management company, to VeloBank. This transaction involves the disposal of approximately 86.83% of the shares previously held by the bankrupt Getin Noble Bank and Idea Bank, with the proceeds being directed to their creditors. Consequently, this transaction requires the consent of the judges-commissioners of both bankrupt banks and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Noble Funds TFI, known for its expertise in creating and managing investment funds, was acquired by VeloBank, a Warsaw-based bank established following the resolution of Getin Noble Bank, through the intervention of the Bank Guarantee Fund. This deal follows Rymarz Zdort Maruta's previous involvement in the sale of VeloBank to Cerberus earlier this year. The legal team involved in executing this deal comprised several partners and senior associates from Rymarz Zdort Maruta, showcasing their comprehensive legal support in such transactions.
