The sale features a total of 200-megawatt onshore wind power project located east of Belgrade and a 768-megawatt pipeline of additional wind and solar projects. Schoenherr, a prominent law firm, provided legal advisory services to RP Global with a team that included partners Milos Lakovic and Jovan Barovic, along with attorneys Katerina Kalovanova-Toshkova and Marija Grujeska, and associate Vukasin Stankovic.
