Ropes & Gray Advises Vistria on $3 Billion Fund Close

Ropes & Gray LLP advised The Vistria Group, a middle-market private investment firm, on the successful close of its fifth flagship fund, Vistria Fund V. The fund, including its related vehicles, raised a total of $3 billion, marking the firm's largest private equity fund to date. Announced in a press release on January 9, this fund closure significantly boosts Vistria's assets under management (AUM) to nearly $16 billion. Fund V will continue to focus on U.S.-based investments in the healthcare, knowledge and learning solutions, and financial services sectors, in alignment with Vistria's original and consistent investment strategy benefiting from its extensive network and operating expertise.
