Room Mate Hotels, a Madrid-based lifestyle hotel brand and lease management company, has acquired the Geneva-based Hotel Marmont via a share deal. The hotel, a 4-star property located in Geneva's historic city center, will undergo renovations in 2025 and rebrand as a Room Mate hotel in early 2026. Room Mate Hotels, founded in 2005, currently manages 33 hotels with around 2,300 keys across 6 countries and 15 cities.
