LCF Alliance has successfully acquired the entire share capital of a holding company owning S Solar, along with multiple other Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) holding a total portfolio of 10 solar plants in Italy, having an installed capacity of 10.5 MW. The transaction was facilitated by Rödl & Partner Italia, which provided a comprehensive assistance covering legal, financial, fiscal, contractual, and corporate due diligence. Rödl & Partner's team was headed by Roberto Pera with additional support from Barbara Mateos Frhbeck and others. On the seller's side, DWF advised on corporate M&A and energy profiles with their interdisciplinary team led by Luca Cuomo.
