Rock Compliance Acquired by Andwis Group

Andwis Group, a building services provider, has successfully acquired Rock Compliance, a Warwickshire-based company specialising in water and air hygiene, water treatment, and mechanical and electrical compliance. Armstrong provided commercial due diligence to aid Andwis in this acquisition. Rock Compliance operates across 12 sites nationwide with over 200 engineers and is set to expand its service offerings and drive innovation as part of the Andwis Group. The due diligence process included in-depth interviews with Rock Compliance’s clientele across sectors such as property management, facilities management, local councils, and healthcare, gathering customer perceptions and identifying growth opportunities. Ben Colman, Group M&A Director at Andwis, affirmed the acquisition's strategic value in strengthening compliance offerings.
