Gimv, a prominent private equity firm, has taken a strategic equity stake in RoboJob, a Belgian leader in CNC automation, in collaboration with the De Roovere family. RoboJob, known for its unique and efficient automation solutions designed for CNC machines, aims to leverage this new partnership to enhance its international growth and capitalize on its innovative product range. Established in 2007 by Aluro Group's Helmut De Roovere and Luc De Ceuster, RoboJob has exhibited significant growth, employing around 70 staff and successfully installing over 2,000 robots across 30 countries. As part of its growth strategy, RoboJob moved to a new eco-friendly headquarters in 2024 and introduced groundbreaking innovations, such as 'The Wall'—a modular warehouse system—and the industry's first AI-based vision system for pallet loading. By joining forces with Gimv, RoboJob is poised to further strengthen its position in the global CNC automation market.
