The company is currently 75% owned by the Italian Strategy Private Equity III fund, which has initiated the divestment phase of its portfolio in 2025. The closing of the fund was completed at the end of July 2023. The operation aims at the exit of Riello Investimenti Sgr but will ensure the continuity of the business with the Gecchele family remaining within the company.
