Cobalt has provided legal counsel to Rheinmetall, a prominent German defense manufacturer, in a significant collaboration aimed at establishing a new artillery ammunition manufacturing facility in Baisogala, Lithuania. This project is in partnership with Lithuania's EPSO-G Invest and Giraites Ginkluotes Gamykla, marking an investment of up to EUR 300 million.
