Revalue Energies Expands with Asterion Investment

Asterion Industrial Partners, an independent investment management company specializing in mid-market European infrastructure, has become a shareholder in Revalue Energies, a platform engaged in the development, construction, and management of renewable energy plants in Italy. This investment will allow Revalue to significantly expand its project portfolio, backed by a solid financial structure and the capability to seize large-scale opportunities. The financial and strategic support from Asterion aims to propel Revalue among the leading Independent Power Producers (IPPs) in Italy, with prospects of expanding into other European markets. Asterion, headquartered in Madrid with an office in London, has an established presence in Italy with several portfolio companies. Guido Mitrani, founding partner of Asterion, highlighted Italy's importance as a market due to its focus on green infrastructure, sustainable transport systems, and a robust industrial and engineering sector, which form an ideal basis for strategic partnerships in infrastructure projects. Revalue Energies currently develops 2.7 GW of solar, wind, and storage projects and plans to complete 40 MW of FER auction-awarded projects in the upcoming year, underpinned by a 20-year guaranteed tariff.
