Linklaters has successfully advised Resi4Rent, a prominent Polish subscription-based apartment rental provider, on acquiring a strategically located plot of land on Horbaczewskiego Street in Wroclaw. The site acquisition has led to the development of the Wroclaw Park Zachodni residential complex, which offers 301 apartment units. This marks the company's fifth significant real estate project in the city since its market entry in 2019. In addition, Linklaters previously provided legal advice to Resi4Rent on various acquisitions in cities like Lodz and Warsaw over the last few years, contributing to the growth and diversification of their property portfolio.
