Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Regnology, an innovative leader in regulatory, risk, and supervisory technology solutions, on its strategic acquisition of Wolters Kluwer's Finance, Risk & Regulatory Reporting (FRR) business unit. This acquisition, backed by majority owner Nordic Capital, is designed to bolster Regnology's capabilities in delivering comprehensive regulatory intelligence solutions at scale. The transaction, still awaiting regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, will enhance Regnology's market presence and its ability to cater to financial institutions through enhanced data, jurisdiction-specific, and cross-border compliance services.
