Central to the deal was a newly constituted Italian entity receiving the business branch of Idro Gas Engineering S.a.s., and a corresponding Polish newco obtained assets from IGE Sp.zo.o. Throughout the acquisition, Regas was advised by Andersen Italia, which provided multifaceted consultancy services, including legal, labor, administrative, financial, and tax due diligence, ensuring a smooth negotiation process.
