The transaction, which involved complex preliminary restructuring processes, was managed with the legal expertise of Andersen and DWF, representing the buyers and sellers respectively. The acquisition included the transfer of a business branch from Idro Gas Engineering to a new Italian company, which subsequently acquired a Polish new company branch of Ige Sp.zo.o, showcasing a strategic international expansion in the design, production, and supply of pipeline accessories. Andersen provided comprehensive advisory services, handling legal, financial, labor, and tax due diligence and negotiation, led by a multidisciplinary team in Italy and Poland.
