Redmoor Health, a digital healthcare services partner supported by private equity, has announced its strategic acquisition of The Well Led Practice, a specialist in leadership and digital tools for the healthcare sector. Founded by GP and leadership expert Dr. Clare Sieber, The Well Led Practice provides digital diagnostic tools, evidence-based guidance, and tailored workshops aimed at enabling GP practices and primary care networks (PCNs) to achieve significant transformation. The acquisition is set to bolster Redmoor Health's support for GP practices, PCNs, and integrated care boards (ICBs). Emphasizing technology and leadership integration, the merger aims to improve sustainability, resilience, and efficiency, as well as enhance staff well-being and retention.
