Redman continues its acquisitions with new Paris development

In a strategic move to further its mission of sustainable urban regeneration, Redman, alongside its subsidiary ALTEV by REDMAN and private equity firm Omnes Capital, has announced the acquisition of an urban brownfield site on Rue de Meaux in Paris's 19th arrondissement. This acquisition marks a continuation of their efforts to enhance their Parisian portfolio, comprising four other buildings acquired in December 2024. The new project will transform an old residential building into a state-of-the-art wooden structure adhering to the stringent RE2020 standards, featuring 17 residential units and a ground-floor commercial space. The development is designed to blend seamlessly into the neighborhood, minimizing environmental impact while optimizing resident comfort. This initiative is part of a joint venture aimed at transitioning urban areas to lower carbon footprints, reinforcing Paris's sustainable living environment. The expected project completion is in 2027, highlighting their dedication to eco-responsible urban living.
