Redcentric CFO Resigns Following CEO Change

Redcentric, a noted IT managed services provider headquartered in Harrogate, has announced a significant turnover in its leadership team. The company, which was established in 1997 and went public on the Aim market in 2013, employs around 500 personnel and serves over a thousand clients. Recently, Redcentric saw a change at the helm with Brian Woodford stepping into the role of CEO on February 3, succeeding Peter Brotherton. In a further leadership shift, David Senior, the Chief Financial Officer since 2017, has decided to step down. The precise date of his departure has not been confirmed. However, Senior will remain in his position until a replacement is found and will continue to oversee the financial matters of the company up until the financial year ending March 31, 2025. Richard McGuire, the non-executive chairman, lauded Senior's crucial contributions to the company, particularly in fortifying the finance team and steering the commercial progress of Redcentric. The firm's operations extend beyond the UK, including facilities in India.
