Gianni & Origoni (GOP) and Legance facilitated Recurrent Energy's acquisition of a 40 MWp agrivoltaic plant in Sicily. Recurrent Energy executed the deal through its subsidiary Canadian Solar Finance Holding, purchasing the plant from Green Power Europe. Green Power Europe is controlled by Decal Renewables, Innovo Group, and Hideal. GOP's team was led by partner Gianfranco Toscano, with senior associates Andrea Cerulli Irelli and Gaia Pisani, alongside a legal internal team directed by general counsel Antonio Adami. Ctl Advisory managed the fiscal aspects, led by Giampiero Gugliotta. Kiwa Moroni acted as a technical consultant.
