Reckitt Secures Entire 6 Roundwood Avenue Office Space

Kennedy-Wilson Holdings Inc. has secured a major office letting agreement with Reckitt, a leading British multinational consumer goods company. Reckitt will occupy the entire 52,000-square-foot office space at 6 Roundwood Avenue, located in Stockley Park near Heathrow in west London. Stockley Park, a prominent business location, has been diversifying its tenant base due to growing vacancy rates. Kennedy Wilson acquired the office as part of a larger portfolio deal valued at £211 million from Apollo Management Holdings in 2015. This new leasing agreement signifies another important occupancy achievement for the Stockley Park area, particularly following the significant relocation of Canon in 2021.
