The company, founded by Alexandra Chirica in 2024, aims to simplify and enhance the hiring process by offering an integrated recruitment management system. This platform seeks to address the challenges faced by boutique recruitment agencies, which constitute approximately 80% of the 30,000 recruitment agencies in the UK. Recfindr facilitates collaboration between hiring teams and specialist agencies, helping them streamline processes, monitor key metrics, and reduce time-to-hire by 50%. With more than 160 recruitment agencies already signed up, the startup plans to utilize the funds to recruit engineers, invest in marketing and sales, and further develop its business model. Other investors in this round included Ezequiel Canestrari, European COO of Clearbank, who has experience using Recfindr’s services.
