Re Sustainability International, a subsidiary of Re Sustainability Limited and one of Asia's leading environmental and sustainability services providers, has announced its acquisition of G3 Environmental Private Limited. This strategic move is aimed at strengthening Re Sustainability's presence in the industrial and commercial waste management sector, particularly in Singapore. G3 Environmental, which encompasses effective operations like Tee Environmental, Tee Recycling, and Envotek Engineering, boasts a robust client base and over 20 years of industry experience. Notably, 98% of G3 Environmental’s sales stem from repeat customers, highlighting their brand loyalty and customer-centric approach. Re Sustainability views this acquisition as an opportunity to expand its comprehensive suite of environment management solutions across the region. The acquisition aligns with Re Sustainability's broader vision of providing innovative, integrated solutions that not only address industry needs but also contribute to a greener, more sustainable Asia.
