Ratos Finalizes Divestment of airteam to Nalka Invest

Ratos, a Swedish business group, has finalized the divestment of Airteam, a leading Nordic supplier of technical ventilation solutions, to Nalka Invest. The agreement, initially announced on March 18, has concluded following regulatory approvals and other conditions being met, including payment of the purchase price. This transaction is part of Ratos's strategy to streamline the company towards a more cohesive group with fewer platforms that exhibit strong margins. Ratos's CEO, Jonas Wiström, expressed pride in the progress Airteam achieved under Ratos's ownership and confidence in Nalka Invest's ability to support Airteam's future growth.
