RASP Increases Stake in MZN Property to Nearly 99%

Ringier Axel Springer Poland has increased its stake in MZN Property to 98.87% through a series of acquisitions. The media group originally acquired a 79% stake for PLN 66.1 million in April 2020. Over the past year and a half, RASP methodically increased its stake by purchasing additional shares from existing stakeholders, including Sui Generis Investments, former MZN Property CEO Jarosaw Wicicki, and Wondelay Investments. WirtualneMedia.pl reported that the remaining shares are held by Alterium Holding, overseen by Micha Petters and Piotr Stempiski.
