Raimondi S.p.A., a world leader in the production of tile-laying equipment, has recently acquired Donnelly Distribution LLC, its exclusive distributor in the U.S. market. The acquisition was legally advised by L'Avv. Daniele Ferretti, an Of Counsel at Rödl & Partner, a firm he joined in 2017. Ferretti is qualified to practice in both Italy and New York.
