Qualitas Funds Embarks on Fund VII with Addleshaw Goddard's Guidance

Addleshaw Goddard has advised Qualitas Funds on the structuring and first closing of its inaugural fund of funds program, Qualitas Funds VII. This marks a pivotal step for Qualitas Funds, following its integration into the larger P10 group in April 2025. Qualitas Funds VII will adhere to the firm's existing investment strategy, targeting European lower mid-market funds with strong growth potential and manageable risks. The advisory was led by Isabel Rodríguez, partner and Head of the Funds practice in Spain, along with her team of associates. Qualitas Funds operates as a Madrid-based private markets investment platform, offering access to both fund of funds and direct co-investment opportunities across the European private equity space.
