Qualitas Energy, an investment and management platform specializing in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure investments, has acquired a 117-megawatt-peak solar farm portfolio from Ib Vogt in Poland. The portfolio involves two photovoltaic solar farms that are ready-to-build, with construction expected to start in 2025, and commercial operations commencing by the second half of 2026. The solar farms are projected to generate over 125 gigawatt-hours of clean energy annually, which is enough to power approximately 65,000 households. Linklaters provided legal counsel to Qualitas Energy, while DLA Piper advised Ib Vogt. Both legal teams consisted of partners, counsels, and associates specializing in such transactions.
