Qualitas Achieves $40 Million Raise in Wholesale Placement for Real Estate Income Fund

Qualitas Property Partners Pty recently raised $40 million in a Wholesale Placement for its Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX:QRI), increasing the total fund size to $754 million. This significant growth in the fund underscores the increasing demand for private credit solutions in Australia, particularly in the real estate sector. The fund has more than tripled in size since its inception over six years ago, reflecting strong investor confidence in both the private credit market and Qualitas' capability to deliver value. The fund's strategy is focused on providing investors with regular income, capital preservation, and portfolio diversification.
