Qemetica's Expansion: Acquisition of PPG's Silica Business for PLN 1.2 Billion

The acquisition involves two manufacturing plants in the United States and the Netherlands and includes the lease of additional facilities in the U.S. Through this strategic acquisition, Qemetica aims to enhance its footprint and capabilities in the high-demand sectors of green tires, batteries, and fillers.
