Qair Polska has successfully secured project financing of up to PLN 575 million (EUR 135 million) from Brookfield, with the legal advisement of Dentons. The financing is aimed at acquiring Rzepin and Linowo wind farms, refinancing existing debt, and furthering renewable energy projects in Poland. The bespoke six-year facility represents the largest project financing deal for Qair Polska to date. Dentons led the advisory for Qair with a team in Warsaw comprising Partners Tomasz Zwolinski, Agnieszka Stefanowicz-Baranska, and Maciej Skoczynski, among others. Simultaneously, Norton Rose Fulbright advised Brookfield with a team consisting of Tomasz Rogalski and others based in Warsaw, London, and Paris.
