Q-Bot Secures Initial £350,000 Investment in £1 Million Fundraising

Q-Bot Limited, a commercial-stage robotics company focused on solutions for the built environment, has successfully raised approximately £350,000 in the first tranche of its £1 million equity fundraising program. Additionally, around £865,000 in outstanding convertible loans and related interest were converted. Led and syndicated by EMV Capital Partners, the initial investment primarily stems from Q-Bot's existing shareholders, with expectations of further contributions from both current and new investors. This funding aims to support Q-Bot's growth strategy after transitioning to a lean technology business.
