Pygott & Crone Expands with East Midlands Acquisition

Pygott & Crone, a well-established estate agency founded in Lincolnshire in 1991, has increased its operations by acquiring an existing estate agency in Nottingham's Wollaton area. This strategic merger expands Pygott & Crone's presence into the Bramcote Lane shopping area and increases its workforce to over 85 employees. The agency, which has been on a robust expansion trajectory, has doubled the properties it manages nationwide in the past 18 months, thanks to a blend of organic growth and acquisitions. The addition of the Wollaton branch is expected to accelerate the growth of its lettings business in Greater Nottingham and complements its existing Nottingham city centre branch. Pygott & Crone also maintains a strong regional presence with offices in Grimsby, Grantham, Lincoln, Spalding, Boston, Holbeach, Sleaford, and the City of London.
