Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to enhance fire safety at Finsbury Dials, a noteworthy office property in London's financial district, specifically for their expertise in fire solutions. As part of the renovation and improvement of the 141,000-square-foot EPC A-rated building, PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will install a state-of-the-art sprinkler system designed to effectively manage fire threats during early stages, a critical safety upgrade considering that around 90% of fires are controlled by a small number of sprinkler activations. The building, located strategically in the heart of London, has been architecturally designed to high standards with significant attributes such as high ceilings and a grand atrium, positioning it as a best-in-class office asset.
