Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), a leading UK provider of specialist construction and facilities management services, confirms its acquisition of HD Sharman Group Ltd (HDSG), an esteemed name in commercial roof maintenance and refurbishment systems. Founded in 1970 and based in Derbyshire, HDSG specializes in the Plygene Gutterline and Delcote Seamsil products. This acquisition enhances PTSG's existing capabilities in roofing services, complementing the proposition offered through its business, NSS.
