Prosoma Advances with EUR 4.4 Million Pre-Series A Funding

Prosoma, a digital oncology care startup, has successfully closed a EUR 4.4 million pre-series A funding round to accelerate its growth in the DACH region and the US market. The funding will also assist in exploring new reimbursement avenues. The funding round was led by Impact Ventures and Verge HealthTech Fund, with additional support from Convergence Partners, Smartlink Partners, Simpact Ventures, and various existing VCs and private investors. Kondracki Celej, along with SZA Schilling, Zutt, Anschutz, Ingen-Housz, and Sparring Legal, advised the investors. JSP Skrzypek and Partners, alongside Van Campen Liem, provided counsel to Prosoma. Prosoma aims to leverage these funds to scale its digital therapeutics solutions, aimed at enhancing oncology care for cancer patients.
