ProductLife Group (PLG), a prominent global leader in regulatory, scientific, compliance, and digital transformation consulting for the life sciences field, announced its acquisition of HERAX Life Science, a Danish consultancy firm specializing in business and IT services for life sciences. This strategic move aims to bolster PLG's R&D and IT consulting capabilities, enhancing its digital transformation offerings. HERAX, established in Copenhagen in 2009, has carved out a niche through deep process understanding and technological expertise to improve the R&D outcomes of life sciences companies. The acquisition is expected to accelerate HERAX's international expansion as it integrates with PLG's strong regulatory framework and client base. PLG, following its earlier acquisition of Pharma IT in 2022, continues its strategy of building a robust integrated regional and global platform.
