ProductLife Group Expands Expertise with HERAX Acquisition

ProductLife Group (PLG) has announced the acquisition of HERAX Life Science, a Danish consulting firm specializing in business and technology solutions for the life sciences sector. Founded in 2009 in Copenhagen, HERAX Life Science provides services that assist life sciences companies with digital transformation in R&D activities, technology solution deployment, and business process optimization. The acquisition aims to combine HERAX's expertise with PLG's regulatory, scientific, and compliance consultancy to enhance drug development processes, streamline clinical studies, and meet rigorous safety and compliance standards. With this acquisition, PLG continues to build on its strategy from a previous acquisition of Pharma IT in 2022, enhancing its regional and global platform. Allan Bech Thomsen, CEO of HERAX, highlights the strategic nature of this collaboration, which will facilitate international expansion and bolster HERAX's boutique consultancy approach. Xavier Duburcq, CEO of PLG, emphasizes the acquisition's role in expediting digital transformation and expanding PLG's capabilities globally, supported by a combined team of 300 experts.
