Pro Bro Group, an international holding management company, has successfully issued a EUR 2 million bond. TGS Baltic advised the group on the issuance with Siauliu Bankas acting as the distributor. The bond is part of the company's strategy to refinance working capital and existing liabilities. The bond offers a 12.5% annual return and is set to be redeemed in November 2026. The funds will also support Pro Bro Group's ongoing expansion in Riga and preparations for further expansion into Finland, Sweden, Poland, and Estonia.
