Pride Capital Partners (PCP), a specialized investor targeting later-stage B2B software and ICT service firms in Northwestern Europe, has announced the first close of its latest investment fund, Pride Capital Partners Fund III (PCP Fund III). Nearly half of the fund’s €150 million target has been secured, with a hard cap of €200 million. Building on top-quartile results of previous funds, PCP Fund III continues to focus on providing flexible, debt-focused financing to scalable, non-sponsored software and IT companies in the Benelux, DACH, and Nordic regions. A significant commitment came from longstanding backer and existing investor, the European Investment Fund (EIF). Early investments from the new fund include Tyneso in Belgium and CCIT in Denmark, supporting growth and expansion activities in these regions.
