PremFina, the UK's fastest-growing insurance premium finance provider, has secured a new £350 million private securitisation facility. The financing received support from notable financial institutions HSBC and Waterfall Asset Management. The funds will enhance PremFina's funding efficiency and support its growth strategy, enabling it to handle £1.9 billion in premium finance volumes, with £1 billion already contracted. The company's success is attributed to its proprietary technology platform and a client conversion rate above 70%. CEO Sharon Bishop expressed confidence in the partnership with HSBC and Waterfall as PremFina aims to expand its tech-enabled premium finance solutions across the UK.
