Catella Asset Management, part of Catella Real Estate AG, has successfully assisted Pontos Group in the sale of four properties located in Finland. The assets, covering more than 23,000 square meters of lettable space, included logistics and retail facilities. The strategy involved individual sales primarily to domestic investors and companies, amidst challenging market conditions. Catella's management since 2023 included enhancing value and marketability through development and leasing, leading to what both parties consider a successful outcome.
